Reveal

The Agreement

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Who We Are

Reveal ("the Service," "the App") is owned and operated by Into Innovations, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, United States. By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • Anyone may read Scripture in Reveal's public Reader and view published public group pages without creating an account.
  • To create an account you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) and able to enter into this agreement. Where required, a parent or guardian must hold the account.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate account information.

3. Kids

Kids is an optional experience inside an existing account. Reveal does not create separate child accounts or logins, and children cannot register, subscribe or purchase anything.

  • Kids profiles (first name or nickname, reading tier, colour, progress, favorites) are created and controlled by the account holder, who is responsible for the information entered and for supervising a child's use of the device.
  • Kids Lock is an optional convenience feature that keeps the app on Kids screens until a PIN is entered. It is not authentication, parental-control software, or a security guarantee.
  • Adults may use Kids content themselves.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the notes, highlights, bookmarks, Vault items, sermons, poems, ledger entries and other content you create. You grant us only the limited technical license needed to store, process, back up and display your content to you and to the audiences you choose. We do not use your private content to train our own AI models.

5. Community, Boards and Shared Content

  • Content you post to community surfaces, group boards, shared moments, prayer or encouragement, or audio testimony is visible to that surface's audience. Published public boards are visible to anyone with the link.
  • You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including images, audio and documents, and you grant us and the receiving group the license needed to display and distribute it on those surfaces.
  • We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, infringe rights, or harm other users. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with the details and we will review it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive purpose.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or private content.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Upload malware or material that infringes third-party rights.
  • Misrepresent a group, ministry or affiliation you do not lead or belong to.

7. Groups and Group Leaders

  • Group leaders control their group's public board, teachings, gatherings, member roster and giving configuration, and are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that content.
  • Leaders can see member membership information as shown in Leader Tools and must handle it responsibly.
  • Where a group configures its own payment links or payout destination, contributions are handled by that group's provider and are between the giver and the group. Reveal is not the recipient of those funds and does not guarantee, refund or account for them.
  • Groups are responsible for their own tax, receipting and regulatory obligations.

8. Selah and AI Features

Selah, study generation, Deep Dive, semantic search and other AI-assisted features are conveniences, not authoritative theological, pastoral, medical, legal or financial advice. Outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before relying on it. AI features are subject to usage quotas and may change or be discontinued. Some actions hand your text to an external service you select; that service's terms then apply.

9. Steward Ledger Disclaimer

The Steward Ledger is a private record-keeping tool. It is not accounting software, tax advice or financial planning, and it does not connect to any financial institution. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of entries and for compliance with applicable tax law.

10. Reveal Premium and Billing

  • Reveal Premium is an individual paid subscription billed through Stripe. Prices, plans and features are shown before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe may retry. We may notify you and may suspend or downgrade Premium access if payment is not completed.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us.
  • Free features remain available without a subscription.

11. Ministry Partnership

Ministry Partnership is a separate, optional support relationship between Reveal and an approved organization. It does not grant individual Reveal Premium to organization members, and joining a group does not by itself create a qualifying Premium attribution.

Under the standard Ministry Partner contribution terms, Reveal contributes $3.00 per qualifying paid Reveal Premium month attributed to the Ministry Partner under the applicable attribution rules and Partner agreement. Founding, promotional or specially approved partnerships may state different terms in the Partner's agreement summary before acceptance. Contributions are subject to reconciliation, settlement destination approval and the terms of the accepted Partner agreement.

12. Scripture and Intellectual Property

Scripture text in Reveal is drawn from public-domain sources, including the King James Version. Reveal's own software, design, brand, artwork and original written material — including Kids story content — are owned by Into Innovations, LLC and may not be copied or redistributed except as the Service allows.

13. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid feature.

14. Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app; this removes your account and associated personal content as described in the Privacy Policy, though content published to a group may persist where the group retains a copy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTO INNOVATIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Reveal after changes constitutes acceptance.
